Highly motivated and self driven to excel, Shawn realized the abundance of opportunities in British Columbia in the mid 90s. Moving out west with his wife Theresa and starting a family in the outdoor mecca of the country only seemed natural.
After a successful beginning in construction and a number of years doing project sales and marketing, Real Estate was the logical choice.
Living in the Sea to Sky corridor has given him Shawn first hand knowledge of the growing communities and the ever changing market place, experience he has used to assist his clients in finding the home that will fit their needs and desires.
Shawn believes the health and vitality of a community requires active input and involvement from its residents and plays an active role in his community:

As an outdoor lifestyle enthusiast, Shannon could not think of a better place than the Sea to Sky corridor to call home. A native of Ontario, she moved to Pemberton 7 years ago,
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys getting outside. Whether it be a day on the Mountain, or a weekend of camping, she is always anxious to get out and explore new places.
As a new member of the Sea to Sky Premier Properties team, Shannon looks forward to building new relationships and experiencing all that Squamish has to offer.
